We are seeking ambitious, intelligent Analysts passionate about health economic research to work with our research team.  Precision’s research team has offices in Oakland, Los Angeles, Boston, Vancouver and New York.

As an Analyst you will participate in building and delivering solutions for our clients and project teams. In this role, you will demonstrate your analytical skills to derive insights and tackle problems. In particular, you will assist in developing customer insight, apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, and support clients in various initiatives. The day to day activities include:

  • Participating in and when fully capable independently conducts primary interviews and/or covers conferences to ensure all significant information is gathered.
  • Developing well-thought out and complete interview guides to support primary research
  • Independently procuring information through secondary research
  • Consistently producing work product with data that is accurate and correctly cited
  • Preparing “client ready” presentations with clear analytical structure and insight

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree

Other required:

  • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research on clinical, scientific, and business issues
  • Proficiency in modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and structuring skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Degree concentration in life sciences
  • Knowledge or understanding of bio-pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or life-science tools industry
