What you can expect day-to-day:
From scientific platform development to brand creation, our full spectrum of services ensure we can fulfill any ask. You will be responsible for the overall health and management of the agency’s clients and account team with responsibilities that include:
- Client Happiness – championing a lasting and strategic partnership that cultivates a client experience to engage and delight
- Team Development and Mentoring – ensuring the account team understands their respective responsibilities and a clear path of action is set
- Process Development and Enforcement – maintaining ongoing communications with cross-office counterpart to keep process and resources streamlined
- Financial Oversight and Development – leading our agency understanding of financial implications regarding jobs/accounts and you will execute forecasting
- Strategy and Business Setting – coaching the account team to ensure a deep understanding of the client’s business challenges and ensure high-level dialogue

- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years in account management or equivalent
- 5+ years in agency management
- Experience successfully handling and growing $1M+ pharma/healthcare accounts
